The good thingsWorking at a fintech company has been a fulfilling experience for me so far. One of the things I truly enjoy is the work-from-home setup, which gives me flexibility and helps me manage my time better. It’s great to have a balanced routine where I can stay productive while still having time for personal activities and rest.
The challengesI really enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the teamwork in our fintech environment. There’s always something new to learn, and solving issues feels fulfilling. The main challenge is the fast-paced nature of the job, especially during incident handling, but it’s helped me grow and become more confident in my role.
