    The good thingsToo many things to learn especially if you want to work with large set up of infrastructure.
    The challenges1. No work life balance for Level 1 support 2. No dedicated breaktime 3. Working with projects during day off. 4. 12 hours are not enough to cover your all task. 5. Poor services with Finance/Payroll team

    Recruiter ghosted me
    The good thingsInitially the recruiter was very responsive and understanding that we couldn't do a video call. Everything seemed ok up to a certain point.
    The challengesAfter submitting my assessment and two follow-ups for the succeeding months, I never heard from them again. Looks to be a good company but was sorely disappointed by the hiring experience. I worked with a few VPs in the organization and considering letting them know that their recruiters are giving a bad impression to candidates.
