    I'm confident recommending this company!
    The good thingsThis may be the first company KPO company in the province and there are still things/areas to improve but it can already compete well with other industries especially for those who seek to have a work-life balance. The people are great and friendly, it feels home.
    The challengesCompensation-wise, it still need to compete with others. The members are growing in numbers so it needs more room and engaging activities for people to meet one another.
