    The good thingsIn my previous job, I really enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team. Working with people from different backgrounds and skill sets helped me learn a lot and approach problems from new angles. I also enjoyed the sense of accomplishment that came from meeting deadlines and seeing our work have a real impact—especially when our efforts improved the customer experience or made internal processes more efficient. The fast-paced environment kept me engaged and constantly learning, which I found very rewarding.
    The challengesWhile I appreciated many aspects of my previous role, one area that could have been improved was communication between departments. Sometimes there were delays or misunderstandings because teams weren’t fully aligned on priorities or timelines. I believe clearer processes or more regular cross-functional meetings could have helped improve collaboration and efficiency. That said, I took it as an opportunity to strengthen my own communication skills and often stepped in to help bridge those gaps where I could.

    The good thingsOpportunity to grow & lierne as an Employee, by the trainings that thy give to us. ERT member, 7s champion, permit issuer & holder, basic life support training from Red Cross, BFP training in firefighting and rope rescue, system training and others.
