    Great personal formation
The good thingsA workplace where you can find balance - physical, mental & spiritual. For the physical and mental wellness, they provide activities and talks for the employees every month. For the spiritual, employees attends monthly recollection and doctrine class. Everyday there is a mass which is not required. There is also an annual retreat which is really a privilege. If you want to study, they also give scholarship.
The challengesYou should have a good communication skills. Employees here are encouraged to speak in English most of the time since the students' first language is English. Also, you should know how to deal with their parents properly because not all of them are easy to please.

The good thingsI like that PAREF Woodrose School take care of its employees by giving them access to okay food, daily Mass, Confessions, recollections, doctrine classes and even retreats. The supervisors are approachable and easy to talk to . The place is a warm environment to work in, with courteous colleagues. There is a culture of respect in this school.
The challengesI found that it was difficult to discuss certain issues or matters with them. The school may tend to be ultra-conservative to some, but some may appreciate this. They are very particular with the hiring of teachers, selecting only those who are fluent in English and/or Filipino (depending on the subject to be taught), and with clean background.

You work to learn and you can learn to work
The good thingsI learned how to value people and work. Here everything is not just about work but they will also educate you when it comes to spirituality. You are not just engage into the coverage of your job but you can also enhance the other skills that you have. Here, you can experience a friendly and family oriented environment.
The challengesThose things that are unpredictable, such as the result of an event, if people will respond according to your expectations. If they are satisfied with your preparations and everything. And learning to do new things beyond your knowledge. I learned that we should always listen and check everything, dont be in a rush, and always list down your \"TO DO THINGS\"
