School for Mind and SoulThe good thingsI like that PAREF Woodrose School take care of its employees by giving them access to okay food, daily Mass, Confessions, recollections, doctrine classes and even retreats. The supervisors are approachable and easy to talk to . The place is a warm environment to work in, with courteous colleagues. There is a culture of respect in this school.
The challengesI found that it was difficult to discuss certain issues or matters with them. The school may tend to be ultra-conservative to some, but some may appreciate this. They are very particular with the hiring of teachers, selecting only those who are fluent in English and/or Filipino (depending on the subject to be taught), and with clean background.
