    The good thingsLearnings thru attending different seminars such as ISO,risks management 5s and 6s, training seminar and also earth quake and fire drill
    The challengesToo many patients with small number of staff and handled mostly irate patients and in comes with their complaint management always on the side of the patient whether the patient is rude to us.

    The challengesmy challenges in my workplace that i have some certain point that some patient is often impatience but we have a protocol or system of process that is \"First come, First serve\". I was hoping that every patient know that because every patient have their own disease but not all.

    The good thingsThere are only a couple of reasons why I like working for this company. Firstly, the sense of \"family\" amongst the co-workers. You may not agree with some of them all the time, and you may end up having arguments over a few issues, but at the end of the day, you still patch things up and call it a day's work. Secondly, the institution is near where I live. I get to save up on travel time everyday.
    The challengesI think that the bad qualities of this company outweighs the good points that it has. Initially, the salary is below the minimum wage approved by the government. In addition to this, there are no benefits for the employees such as free healthcare or an HMO to cover their expenses. Also, the owners of the company expect you to know anything and everything they ask you to do, which is a shame.
