awesome, fresh, and youth driven - PANDRThe good thingsI started working at PANDR with a thought that it's going to be another 9-5 job, turns out, I was wrong. PANDR has really good leadership that makes sure everyone is at their best. They do not allow employees to be agents alone, they are invited to lead groups, given opportunities to maximize their individual skills. In my first 2 weeks, I'm already friends with the bosses and clients and that made me feel more at ease.
PANDR offers an awesome workspace that you definitely wouldn't think off. It's life changing!
The challengesThe company would greatly improve if they further their inclusive efforts with the agents - knowing how they think & behave to maximize their performance. Providing a more understanding approach to their people would increase productivity.
Nonetheless, they already have awesome ways to recognize their agent's great performance. Furthering this through minimal approaches, psychologically would provide advantages since the company's population are young (which makes up the generation that encounters problems on mental health)
Ex:
-Autistic people requires different instruction approach compared to neurotypicals.
-People with anxiety can be easily stressed with workload, by understanding their performance level, we can tweak how we can approach them.
-Depression & burnout are some of the things many young people encounter and a supportive leader would be able to understand when one needs a break and when one performs best.
