    working in PANDR is a good experience. The culture and people are good and easy to work with. Finally I found a company that I can also call a home.
    The good thingsEverything is awesome! My CSM is remarkable, I always told him he is the wind beneath my wings. I can't do it without his help and guidance. My Teammates were all stupendous in every way. HR and Training Team plus the IT Dept are like a shoulder to lean on. If you have a question, they will not hesitate to help you. Am so proud to be part of this company.
    The challengesShifting from TSR to a full-time EA is a struggle but because of the help of the people around me in PANDR, I was able to cope with every challenge.

    At first, I don't know from where to start because everything is alien to me. Simply work hard and act virtuously.
    The good thingsIt's always a pleasure to work with my team. We all got along well and there’s always a positive attitude when I walk in, even on hard days.
    The challengesAs for my client, none so far because our Director is pleasant and approachable. As for the workplace, sometimes there are people who are difficult to deal with.

    The best company for a fresh graduate like me.
    The good thingsI loved everything since I started my HR Orientation, everyone welcomed me warmly. Everyone is friendly. Australian bosses are very hands-on. There may be some heavy workload but I can consider it a good kind of stress because my bosses never failed to say kind words that make me want to do more and be more productive. PANDR indeed is very close to my heart.

    The good thingsWell structured bpo company, organized and push people to deliver their best. Have very supportive colleagues and very knowledgeable and charismatic manager that can support and give guidance in professional way at work and outside work. Very challenging - Enhance my excel and microsoft skill. Enhance my phone handling. Made me more confident. I have learned new skills I never thought I can. Document building bots, lead magnets, landing pages and marketing. I gained more knowledge about family law, divorce, property settlement and migration law. It made me excited each day on this journey for each client.
    The challengesA very high learning culture, multi tasking. Always need to stay out of comfort zone and be energetic to meet organizational goals.

    Pandr has good work culture but needs to improve their service to their employees
    The good thingsThey have lots of activities for the employee to participate into. Clients are approachable and very friendly.
    The challengesThe company is not giving us the necessary mandatory benefits until now it is still in process. Lacks other benefits compared to other BPO, like simple free coffee drink does not exist on this company. Resources wise they cannot give it to the employees like working computer (some of it lags or some of the hardware are not functioning properly)

    The good thingsThe owner of this company are open to ideas and innovation, They know how to value their people. They succeed despite the crisis we're facing (Covid19) The room for career growth in Pandr is limitless and how far you can go solely depends on how willing you are to succeed.
    The challengesNothing really but I wish sat was a day off or a work from home if there's nothing urgent or leftover task for the week.

    Amazing workplace and peeps!
    The good thingsPandr is a non siloed environment, here they practice an open-door policy where you can mingle and have fun with your co-workers (from different LOB's) and leaders. Everyone is willing to lend a hand whenever you need help, they don't hesitate to share their knowledge and bring out the best version of you.
    The challengesStepping out from my comfort zone - Starting a new role as a CSM. But with the support that my managers gave me since day one, I could really say I am lucky to have these amazing peeps around me!

    The challengesMaybe the only thing that I did not enjoy here is, I am not in a full flexi time which affects my attendance but being a dedicated working mom I did my best to overcome this challenge.

    The good thingsOne is the COOL MANAGEMENT. Cool management means you have great people to work with while having fun. Another is GROWTH. At PANDR, Growth is free, all you need to do is learn how to grab it and once you've got a hold of it, POLISH and TREASURE it!
    The challengesI have really nothing to complain about PANDR. I do, however, wish for this company to have 2 days offs instead of just one — But given how balanced the working environment in PANDR is so far, I am not craving that much for the 2 day offs.
