    Exciting work
The good thingsI have always loved numbers and working with the Risk Management department here lets me learn more about Excel + systems to do analysis. My manager taught me how to do data mining + data analysis from numbers alone and I have helped proposed several projects based on the analysis which is very satisfying to me. Management has also recognized and acknowledged my work which was generously shown on my bonus (2 times a year). Great management and great team to work with
The challengesProjects succeed and fails from time to time. Wishing some of my teammates could understand my point of view and work better with me to go towards the right direction. Stress level is higher than average; however still manageable in my opinion
