    GREAT COMPANY FOR A FRESH GRAD
    The good thingsGreat company for a fresh graduate like me back in 2019. It was memorable and fun at the same time. I had a great experience and had lot of first times. Company has more to offer. Salary is okay as well as the benefits. The people there were friendly, nice and easy to bond with.

    The challengesThe challenges are if you are not lucky enough to handle a accounts that are not producing you will work harder, be stressful, be blamed why you dont meet your quota, treatment as a individual is different than those who meet their quotas that never struggled. No equality. As long as you dont meet your quota you will be in the eyes of the management.

    The good thingsPacific Cross, then Blue Cross, has a working environment that is not too stiff. Composed of mostly sales people and interacting mostly with people working on sales outside and inside the company, expect an interesting day to day work life.
    The challengesThe company is ongoing improvements in processes and systems and thus requires more time than regular work hours. The company rarely conducts seminars for employee development.
