    The good thingsIf you are looking for career advancement this might be the right place for you to start. Management is pretty focused on how to develop staff both personally and professionally, they are always looking for ways on how we can improve holistically so they try their best to promote a good work/life balance environment.
    The challengesBusiness casual attire. Personally, I think people can be more productive if they can work in a state that they are comfortable in. But then again, it can go both ways.

    The good thingsA lot of opportunities specially this is a start up or new company, Very relaxing environment feels like home. The boss is so nice as well as the people and 1 day application hassle free! Stress free environment i can say this is life work balance
    The challengesYou should be a morning person coz the shift starts 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. But i love the schedule coz no hassle in traffic and i can do a lot of things after shift.
