THE JOB: I have been with the company for more than 7 years. What I like most about the company is the work itself. There's always a challenge and everyday is not the same. THE MANAGEMENT The management in the company is strict, but at the same time supportive. If they can find a way to help you with your concern, based on my experience they would mostly support you. COMPENSATION & JOB SECURITY Salary is also competitive. Hard work is definitely paid off here at Owens. Those who stayed and are still here with the company would understand that the company did its best and is still continuously doing its best by providing support to all employees now that Covid-19 has hit the economy so bad. Management has sticked to its promise to provide us with job security and allowed as to work from home to be safe until now. FACILITY Our office is secured with good ventilation, working elevators and has a nice view of Clark. The break room and locker area is spacious and we have very clean comfort rooms. VP makes sure everything looks nice and clean. Employees are also using Mac computers and everything from office desks, chairs, keyboard, headset etc are of good quality.
