    The good thingsOwens is keen on producing quality output hence rules are strictly followed. But everyone is kindly open and approachable when it comes to questions/suggestions.
    The challengesDifferent products call for different processes which can really be confusing at the start. Some manuals may not be updated so communication is a must!

    Owens Asia provides this wonderful quiet environment workplace which leads the employees staying focused, determined and composed. These, in turn, result with higher work quality and far less stress. The managers and HR team are very understanding, they are hands-on and the health of their employees is one of their priorities.

    The good thingsOne thing I admire about the company is that they are able to sustain our jobs during the COVID lockdown. The management was able to apply contingency plan within 24 hours and made sure that employees are able to deliver while they are at home. The company would best fit new graduates who would like to explore the BPO world and call center tenured employees who are tired of shifting schedules and need work-life balance. Management make sure to involved the employees on decision-making that would benefit or affect everyone.
    The challengesIt is the best place to learn new skills and to always practice your critical thinking. However, unlike with the other BPO companies, career development and opportunities maybe slow or close to scarce.

    The good thingsWorkplace is peaceful, no gossip, no chit chat, less supervision. Christmas basket is a +, SL convertible automatically into cash yearly.
    The challengesThe office is really quiet, like you can hear ants walking. If you enjoy working alone and all day in a non talking working environment, this place is for you. If not, I don't think you'll make it in a year.

    The company that I always want to go back to..
    The good thingsI left Owens in 2014 but I've always had that feeling that I wanted to go back. And I'm just so happy that that dream to go back was finally realized in 2020 when I was welcomed again and be able to see and work with the same awesome people that I worked with six years ago. And I definitely look forward to many more years.. The company where each and every employee is being valued and appreciated. I am proud to be part of this company! :)
