Better run since there’s no job stability since they are client centric
The good thingsRemote work HMO since day 1 Prorated Medicine Benefit
The challengesWorkplace retaliation is rampant especially if you are assigned to a toxic client. One of the worst employment I’ve had working for a narcissistic client who will belittle you and run you empty with low esteem. They will deliberately put you in PiP just to create a paper trail to fire you.

    Great colleagues and benefits
The good thingsI’ve had a very positive experience working here, with a supportive team, transparent leadership, and a collaborative culture that makes it easy to contribute and grow. Management values employee input, provides regular feedback, and encourages professional development, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and offering competitive benefits. So far, my stay here is very pleasant.
The challengesAlthough some processes could be more streamlined, overall it’s a great place to build your career in a long term and feel appreciated for your work.

Good work environment, the rest… I don’t know.
The good thingsGood support team. You can ask them questions and they are approachable. Working with client is okay, too.
The challengesBehind on benefits. Still have VL/SL as separate which is so traditional, unlike what they present themselves to be (modern, fun workplace). Bad HMO provider.

    Awesome colleagues. Amazing Team!
The good thingsGrateful to be part of such a supportive team. Everyone is approachable and always willing to help, which makes the work environment both productive and enjoyable. I also appreciate the company events, whether virtual or onsite. Thank you, Outsourced!
The challengesThe only challenge so far? Controlling myself around the free coffee in the pantry.

This is one of the best companies I’ve worked for.
The good thingsThe staff are kind and easy to work with, and the office is very comfortable. The hybrid setup is a big plus because it gives flexibility and supports a good work-life balance. The company events are well-planned and enjoyable. The engagement activities are fun and help employees connect with each other. Most importantly, you can feel that the management truly cares about their employees and listens to feedback. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment.
The challengesI’m really enjoying my experience so far.

It's been great so far with Outsourced.
The good thingsOutsourced provides a fantastic environment where professional growth is a priority and compensation is highly competitive. The approachable leadership makes communication seamless, and the vibrant culture truly proves it’s more fun at Outsourced. Highly recommended!
The challengesWhile the company culture is great, management can be overly lenient regarding client-staff boundaries. There have been instances where staff shared irrelevant or sensitive (NDA) information with clients, leading to avoidable chaos and employment issues. Stronger oversight is needed to ensure professional communication standards are upheld.

Growth & Culture I have experienced profound professional evolution at this firm.
The good thingsIn an outsourcing environment, the infrastructure must be both flexible enough to meet various client needs and robust enough to maintain "Quality Assured" standards. I enjoyed the challenge of sitting down with stakeholders to understand their pain points and then presenting a technical roadmap that actually solves them. Perhaps the most enduring "good thing" is watching your team grow. As an IT Lead, success is measured by the competence of the people under you.
The challengesensure that the security protocols of both the company and the client are perfectly synchronized to prevent a breach. these challenges are amplified by the need to maintain ISO standards across diverse global clients.

    Work-life balance is real!
The good thingsWork-life balance is so real! The support in every step of the way from recruitment to work set up itself makes us fall in love with outsourced. Plus, unlimited coffee! Truly it's more fun on outsourced.
The challengesTo have more frequent updates on goals between company and client to help us feel more aligned and informed.

Such a smooth & welcoming experience, supportive leaders, great perks, and a collaborative culture.
The good thingsI had such a smooth onboarding experience with this company. From day one, everything was clear and well organized, which made the transition so much easier for me. I also really appreciate the perks and benefits here. What stood out to me the most are the people. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and easy to get along with. It made settling in feel effortless. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to talk to the leadership team. They’re approachable, open, and genuinely willing to listen. I also love how the company puts effort into hosting events that keep everyone engaged and connected. I came across this role on JobStreet btw. 😊

    Unprofessional HR and disorganized processes
The good thingsI enjoyed working with my client only not with Outsourced.
The challengesHR processes are very disorganized and unclear. During layoffs, employees are placed on a 2-month “floating status” for supposed reassignment, but there’s little to no real effort to find new roles. Communication is almost non existent and often only verbal, and getting anything documented is difficult. HR is not very empathetic or responsive, and policies are applied inconsistently. Some managers and client directors are also unprofessional when handling concerns.

All in all it is a great experience.
The good thingsThe people at outsourced are the best. They are kind, compassionate, and helpful
The challengesThe benefits since we don't have comprehensive benefits as other company. I'd also like to suggest that if we want to be the best in the market then please offer the best in the market benefits too.

Like a cup filled in the brim and suddenly you were empty.
The good thingsYou have the freedom to learn new techniques.
The challengesClient-based non-assurance of career opportunity. They won't give you metrics if the client does not like you and will be tagged as "None Performance" without knowing why and how. One-way communication as always and the mercy of the client you are assigned to.

    Amazing Opportunity
The good thingsThis Company embraces all feedback and suggestions given to them for their growth Working environment is also great People are welcoming They always have activities for their employees to feel like its their second home.
The challengesA shorter opportunity to still cater what I could have offer. A more established Organizational Chart perpahs will help everyone know who to approach if they have concerns

Great work/life balance, plus the freedom to do everything you want as long as you prioritize and finish your task.
The good thingsThe company gives employees the freedom to have a great working environment. The assistance (from HR, IT up to the lowest rank) is great. The relationship with the company is also great, you feel no barrier and everyone is very approachable and helpful. Work shifts are not that strict, as long you complete the 8-hour shift and your client agrees. There is also an option to work remotely.
The challengesOutsourced hires experienced individuals, so when you start working with Outsourced, you need to be fully prepared because there is no training period, you start right off the bat. Communication is also a challenge, depending on the client that you will assigned to.

    Team Lead
The good thingsThey have a very competitive salary compared to other outsourcing companies I know. My team is friendly and easy to talk to, as well as some of the management team. I like the location of the office. There's not much traffic compared to congested business districts.
The challengesThe company benefits is below average compared to other companies I've worked with. My team's infrastructure could be improved on or is currently just average. This should be improved as stability is proportional to efficiency.

The good thingsThe people are nice and friendly, the office environment is well decorated and the equipment you need are provided and available. The office is generally clean and quiet, And everyone respects your privacy...
The challengesWhat is challenging is there are no admins during the wee hours...I have a graveyard shift so whenever you have a network problems there is no one who can attend or fix it during that time..

The good thingsThe people. The work place. The devices they provide. The incentives also.
The challengesThey should add more clients and after a project, they should be able to place the developer to another one. They should have continuity.

The good thingsIt is an open culture company and eople are very diverse. High levels of freedom and working packages are common. Employees get to choose their flexible schedule and enjoy above average compensation.
The challengesOne must practice high level of professionalism. Given the nature of the business. There is no 'forever' and everything is fast paced. The organizational chart is flat which is good. But still has a lot lacking factors in terms of developing programs for employees.
