Great working environment with great benefits!The good thingsI've been working with Outsource Access for more than three years, and I can say that I like and enjoy working for the company. We have events that everyone can take part in, enjoy, and interact with. When we get confused about our tasks, my coworkers are always there to support and guide us. Our leaders are also very approachable and receptive to other people's viewpoints. They motivate us to improve while having fun! :))
The challengesI have had excellent overall experiences with Outsource Access. Since the company was just getting started when I joined, I noticed that the system wasn't entirely built/ established yet. It is understandable that our procedure/processes have changed over time, but I can see now the overall improvements, and makes me want to stay with the company.
