    One of the great wfh options for people starting out.
    The good thingsI've been working with Outsource Access for some time now. The primary reason I decided to give it a shot was their option for remote work. One of the biggest perks for me is the flexibility it offers. Unlike my previous corporate job that demanded I report to the office every day, Outsource Access has embraced the work-from-home culture wholeheartedly. I can drop off and pick up my daughter from school every day, something that was simply impossible in my previous role.
    The challengesMy only gripe with Outsource Access is the compensation. While the work environment, support, and the team are great, the pay is not as competitive as some other virtual assistant agencies I've worked with in the past. I believe that the company has the potential to offer a more attractive compensation package to its dedicated employees.

Kudos to the managers who provide guidance and mentorship, fostering an atmosphere where growth and development are encouraged. The company's recognition culture is also worth mentioning, as they genuinely appreciate and acknowledge our contributions, boosting motivation and job satisfaction.
    The challengesThere's one bump on the road that can hinder our productivity: the time tracking system. Having experience with other VA agencies, I've noticed a stark contrast. While those agencies focused on simple clock-in and clock-out procedures, Outsource Access takes a different approach that can be a tad intrusive and micromanaging. This method doesn't quite align with the freedom and creativity needed for us to perform at our best. Simplifying the time tracking process, allowing us to concentrate on our work without unnecessary distractions, would be a game-changer.

    A Bump Better than the Average BPO in the Philippines
    The good thingsThe pay is better than what you'd normally receive from an average BPO company in the Philippines. I live comfortably now thanks to that. There's also health care benefits and leave credits, and you're also working from home which definitely help make my work-life balance less taxing to think about.
    The challengesThe pay, while already generous, could maybe be raised a little, but that's probably just a me thing.

    Great working environment with great benefits!
    The good thingsI've been working with Outsource Access for more than three years, and I can say that I like and enjoy working for the company. We have events that everyone can take part in, enjoy, and interact with. When we get confused about our tasks, my coworkers are always there to support and guide us. Our leaders are also very approachable and receptive to other people's viewpoints. They motivate us to improve while having fun! :))
    The challengesI have had excellent overall experiences with Outsource Access. Since the company was just getting started when I joined, I noticed that the system wasn't entirely built/ established yet. It is understandable that our procedure/processes have changed over time, but I can see now the overall improvements, and makes me want to stay with the company.

    The good thingsThey do offer high salaries, good benefits, employee satisfaction is there, and monthly recognition is a great motivation.
    The challengesThe number of leads that I need to reach every day can sometimes not be reached. There's a quota that needs to be achieved in a day.
