    The HC/HR screening seems bogus or fake; they will not call you back. Ghosting is real here.
    The good thingsThey are telling you good things about your application, but they will not provide you and update.
    The challengesProviding an update to its employee or applicant. Caveat for a company.

    Good pay. Worst working environment
    The good thingsGood pay. malamig ung aircon, other than that wala na.
    The challengesworking environment. not an office-like/ergo chair. no snacks. no company engagement. no team collaboration. managers are not visible. HR policies and procedures are not good. no COVID preventions (like purifier)

    Amazing management team and nice place to work
    The good thingsOutForce has helped me grow my career. Their clients especially the one I have been assigned to really supported me. Very nice place to work. Benefits are good too!
    The challengesI would say it was the onboarding - a lot of requirements. But they helped me anyway.
