    The good thingsAs a faculty, compensation depends on the number of loads you have plus the documents and education you reached. Free annual physical exam. Hospital discount for employees. Generous management during annual affairs,i.e. summer outing, employee organization and year end party.. Mostly accomodating superiors, workmates, and pérsonnels. Offers professional growth with trainings and seminars. Offers loan without interest. Offers salary deduction and tuition fee discounts for the employee and its dependents . Offer scholarships for continous studies. One of the class A higher education institution in the country.
