    The good thingsOur Lady of Fatima University is keen on supporting their employees with their need for training and seminars so as to be able to bring out the best in them.
    The challengesI have found the system quite troublesome at times, not because of the institution but because some people make it complicated.

    The good thingsFor almost 4 years in the academe, I've learned that simply doing the work that you love makes you happy. I believe that the institution provided me with such knowledge, and fulfillment during my four years of stay. Also, they provided me with such skills that will help me to become a better counselor in the future. I guess they gave me the best training that I needed for my career.
    The challengesI am fond of the seminars and training but this present employer that I have didnt provide me with much training. Most of the times, we are attending a general seminar that is intended for everyone not just for counselors. I suggest that they enhance more our trainings and seminars along with a little increase in salary.
