    Top-Tier Benefits, But No Job SecurityOtsuka offers outstanding benefits and incentives—no other company I’ve worked with can match them. That’s why I’m giving a high rating in that area. However, the company lacks work-life balance, and there’s always the looming threat of being let go, especially if you're not consistently meeting your targets or performance expectations.
