    It's pretty good but...
    The good thingsThe good name of the company. You can never expect less with a Chinese school for even the people should uphold that standard. The company served as a good training ground for teachers to learn and excel.
    The challengesThe challenges I have faced during my stay in the institution is mainly the bulk of work that I have to carry. I have known that we should be handling different roles aside from being a teacher. However, I have not expected the bulk to be huge and difficult. Having to work under the employ of someone Chinese, you have to be conscious of your actions every single time. Salary is not just.
