The good thingsIt’s enjoyable to work at OOCL because the people in the Import Team are friendly and approachable. They are also very knowledgeable and always willing to teach, which makes it easier to learn and feel comfortable at work.

The good thingsThere's a ITA Bootcamp which is a 3-month training for newly hired fresh graduates and including semi-annual salary increase during the bootcamp. Good environment. Less toxic than other companies. Promotes work-life balance.
