    Recommendable first job, many opportunities to grow, they care for their employees.
    The good thingsGood environment, and I enjoyed speaking to their clients. Very interesting tools where used while working.
    The challengesChallenges I may have faced was interacting withe people with bad attitude, but after all that you'll get through the day if you choose to keep calm and figure another way out to complete the day.

    The work is easy. But every now and then there’s changes. Changes of the process. Then the following week it goes back to the old process. And the miles stone that 1k will be added after 6months. It never happened on time. I’m not quite sure if it happened though since I already resigned.

    The challengesPay. The milestone that never happened though it’s in the contract.

    The best thing about OPTUM is; they don't leave you just because you are weak but they will help you become the best version of yourself.
    The good thingsI honed my skills and my own great personality here. I grew so much as most of my experiences came from here.

    Unorganized Account and Unprofessional Management
    The good thingsMy wavemates were the only people who kept we happy to keep working for this company
    The challengesThe account were profiled for was a pioneer acct and the management was very unprofessional. It’s like no planning was done ahead of starting this account. Agents were not trained properly and even the leaders sometimes don’t know what to do!
