Optum made me feel amused, well-devoted, resilient and advocate of rights and liberty as a human being. The good thingsCompany is very inclusive to all employees, from operations to utility management. They have a good standing when it comes to benefits and perks, like retirement plan that has a good appraisal monthly. Their facilities will good enough to meed your work-place satisfaction.
The challengesThe recruitment team doesn't have urgency, like usual hiring process that literally would take 1-day processing. Some of the team managers will not meet your expectations to be good as they should be because they're just on that position to do nothing but mock people and feel disgusted when they face criticism as you exercise your rights. Another thing, salary and work compensation sucks. Adding work-load without a secured compensation. Optum could have done better if they would have team managers and executive that will compassionately embrace their so-called advocates on their sentiments on the company. Face criticism with urgency and importance, make people matter on small and big stuffs. Optum will be good company that most people will admire if they're not client pleasers.
