    My experience with Optimum Info Solution Philippines left me disappointed. The offer letter itself was already a red flag: Minimal leave benefits – only 10 days a year, lumped for everything, including sick leave. Strict resignation policy – you can’t offset your notice period with leaves, unlike most companies that show flexibility for employees transitioning out. No mention of terminal leave pay – there’s no clarity if your unused leaves are convertible to cash upon resignation. unenforceable. Health benefits are the bare minimum – only you are covered, with no dependents, and they exclude maternity care. Bottomline: If you value fair leave policies, humane resignation processes, and supportive benefits, this company may not be the right place for you. It felt like they don’t know how to care for their employees – they’re more concerned about protecting themselves than supporting their people.
