    Working at OpenLook Business Solutions gave me valuable experience, but ongoing issues with delayed government contributions and poor communication made it a challenging journey.
    The good thingsOpenLook Business Solutions is a good starting point for anyone new to the virtual assistant industry. As a newbie, you’ll be exposed to a variety of tasks even those outside your initial role or niche.
    The challengesI worked with OpenLook Business Solutions for two years, but I can’t recommend them. Monthly government contributions are often not remitted on time despite regular deductions. Concerns are rarely addressed promptly, causing stress and uncertainty for employees.

    The good thingsGood pay, easy tasks, nice people
    The challengesTraining was not as I had expected for a call center company. I was left alone to study the materials and trainer was MIA. Rude HR which was disappointing. We're being forced to attend such non-sense meetings just to play games as part of our scorecard.

    It is a good company for starters in BPO. You will learn so much especially on having a tough heart because most of the customers are irrate.
    The good thingsThe day off is what I liked the most since it falls on weekends. The founders were very approachable.
    The challengesYou have to have a tough heart since this is an outbound sales, you will meet more than 5 irrate customers a day. The employees, some are nice but most of them are not. Management only gives free water, no coffee and have a hard time looking for affordable food cuz there is no cafeteria. Your higher-ups will talk behind your back if they don't like you. And overtime below 1 hour is a ''thank you for your hardwork''.
