    good work culture and management
    The good thingsI was not expecting very much from the company on the start but when I know my managers, they were very kind and supportive to me. I am a beginner before but now I was am able to do a lot of work in a day. They guide me on what to do too.
    The challengesSometimes they give hard tasks but my teammates help me through it.
