    The good thingsManageable work load not until someone from your team will resign. Eventually, you will absorb the work load without additional compensation promptly. Higher OPS are appreciative of your work and will deliver good feedback if you're doing well. Majority of your workmates has good working relationship.
    The challengesAverage to below market salary. Limited bonuses/incentives. They highlight that they provide free lunch but the quality of food is not on a corporate level. Some top officers are really political in terms of work and bring too much personal issues.

    The challengesWhen I was applying, the recruiter who I spoke with did not stop on checking up on my application. They looked like they are in a hurry to hire me. I was not ready at that time so I felt a bit of pressure. All turned out well when I was finally hired.

    The good thingsWas hired in a company where I absolutely loved my team and my department from the leaders to the contract workers and all my colleagues in between. We were a family and truly cared for each other and what was happening in each others’ lives. If someone needed to step away or was having a hard week, we rallied and picked up the slack, knowing the same would be done for us.
