    A very bad place to work in
    The good thingsThe only 2 good things i found there were , salary always on time and the account was easy.
    The challengesA very bad and unhealthy place to work in , office full of bed bugs , bathrooms always dirty , all production areas were full of dust and lots of insects and even rats , very bad management, especially managers and HR

    The challengesStressful work and environment. Some TL's up to higher management doesn't know what work and life balance. Always giving you additional LOB's but not giving you additional compensation. They are not following DOLE.

    Worst company ever!
    The good thingsFaced the hooligan boss in this company. No benefits, maybe 3 days annual leave. 1hr break time. HR worse ever~ don’t even know their Government regulation. Good thing is you have good colleagues to talk to and have fun working. They are so much willingness to help.
    The challengesHaving hard time by Supervisor and Boss for high expectations when company can’t even give a proper benefits to all the staff.

    Think twice!
    The good thingsI admit that you can work with good people who can help you achieve your goals..
    The challengesIf you like benefits this is isn't right for you. Unable to adhere your schedule breaks. You can not take your break unless all those people on breaks have returned. Only 2 30min breaks. 5 hrs before you can take your last break. Air conditioning sucks! Lack of proper training and no glide path. Phone time after 3rd day of training. Very very high call volume. People around keeps on leaving.. Sad life.. Needs improvement on management.

    The good thingsNice place to work since it is Loacted in Ortigas, Pasig City. Nice workplace and the people are all nice. Same with the management team. If given a chance to work in this office I will grab that opportunity!

    The good thingsA good company and fun workplace, especially when your with you’re friends and colleagues.Though the account is quite demanding when it comes to sales an meeting your metrics, it’s a challenge to all of us specially to meet our monthly metrics . The hardest part of the job is meeting the monthly goal, every month there are metrics that are being added to your scorecard which sometimes you can’t control since its customer opinion. When we are having this kind of hardship we always look the fun and bright side of our work and that is our friends and managers who are supportive.
