    Not a good company. Not recommended.
    The good thingsStaff are very professional when it comes to their job. Clients are very friendly.
    The challengesSalary is always delay. Management doesn't care to it's people. If you play against them, they will give you revenge. Facilities as a BPO company is worst. They will deduct your premium contribution but will not credit it to your premiums. They can't even give us answers what's happening. They just keep on pointing at each other

    The good thingsNothing. Poor management. Worst Benefits Package. Toxic workplace. Employer doesn't care about you.
    The challengesNot posting Government Contributions but they will deduct it from your salary.

    The good thingsClient is reasonable and agreeable. Very easy to develop a sense of loyalty to the client.
    The challengesHowever the management lacks strategies in handling employee welfare. Social security remittances are late! Unacceptable.
