    The good thingsThe working environment is great and you can manage your task to have a work-life balance. Management provides the right atmosphere for productivity, teamwork, activities, and training for your career growth and helps the employees feel motivated about their work and their purpose and goal on their respective teams and within the company as a whole. Salary is good and they have performance incentives. Promotion is based on potential and performance, not tenure.
