    The good thingsColleagues and my Manager also my Process Lead, the time I worked here are the best.
    The challengesPoor Management, the client was the one making decision in everything we do. Shared Service set up, but it doesn't comply, still look likes a local company.

    The good thingsI feel more at ease, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about 3 years now, And I have not heard any bad issues about the management.

    The challengesevery organizations has its challenges, in OQI since it is a progressive starting company rebuilding is still on its way, work loads are bit heavy and manpower is lean but is solved though innovation and improved wages and salaries.

    The good thingsSalary is good and with performance incentives. The management acknowledged the effort of every employee. Promotion is given to a deserving employee. Trainings and seminars were provided. A happy environment with madaldal na teammates :) TEAM=FAMILY

    A risk I'm willing to take all over again.
    The good thingsThe people in Omniquest are approachable and accommodating. They are willing to help you learn every process you need to know but not to the point that you will feel overwhelmed. You can really feel the camaraderie among the employees and the management.
    The challengesA larger working space is a must when you are a processor for all the documents you need to process.
