Do not apply on this company.
The good thingsNothing. If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Do not apply on this company.
The challengesManagement also needs to improve how they handle staffing decisions, particularly floating status arrangements, as the process felt unfair, insensitive, and financially stressful. A healthier work environment requires empathy, transparency, and genuine respect for employees’ well-being rather than treating workers as easily replaceable.

Working at Omega Healthcare felt unstable due to constant reprofiling and chaotic management
The good thingsDespite the issues, I did enjoy the onsite concessionaires. Special mention goes to Kinuron, which served some of the best food in the area. It made onsite days a bit more enjoyable.
The challengesOne of the most difficult aspects was the constant reprofiling to different accounts. I was moved multiple times, and the role I ended up in, which was primarily customer service, was not the same role I was hired for, even after completing the final interview stage for a different post. This created confusion, instability, and made it hard to build consistency in my work. Management felt chaotic and unstructured, especially in terms of communication and operational planning. Their BCP is the worst. Communication between leads/ POCs and Agents were nonexistent. Additionally, they required employees to report onsite even during natural disasters, including earthquakes and tropical cyclones, which raised serious concerns about safety and employee well‑being.

Avoid this company. Management is toxic and inconsiderate supervisors lack the communication skills
The good thingsNone no and never had
The challengeshad an incredibly frustrating experience. "The management at this organization is significantly lacking in both employee support and operational oversight. There are persistent technical issues with VMware that negatively impact call latency and KPIs, yet these remain unresolved. Furthermore, the leadership team (TL, AM, OM) lacks basic empathy and professional communication skills for their role; in many cases, the agents are more proficient than their direct supervisors. The leave application process is unnecessarily difficult, and payroll is consistently delayed until the very last minute. Finally, the lack of employee appreciation—exemplified by meager holiday tokens—has led to a toxic culture and high attrition rates. I cannot recommend this workplace there is no growth

No stability in one accountDuring peak season, the client requests additional representatives, provides training, and later removes them from the account during off-peak periods.

Lesson learned from current work experience
The good thingsWeekends off and good pay TLs and the support team are very helpful and supportive
The challengesHigher management are PRO-Management Odd VL approval - it needs a whole team to require complete attendance before they approve it, otherwise, they will auto-cancel VL :( Toxic "mariteses" esp. few are my wave mates
