    Healthy Working Environment💕
    The good thingsI've been to some bpo companies in Cebu and I can say Omega is by far the most healthy workplace I have experienced. The management are not toxic , my co workers are approachables. This company really motivates me to go to work everyday.
    The challengesSo far of my 1 year working in this compang i dont encounter challenges. Everything is great!
