    Consider your deal-breakers, managements are worst-Management are worst, down to supervisors as on my experience there are days we never had our lunch just to finish the waiting calls on queue and it's very unreasonable for the agent not to take their breaks. -Very hard to have approval on VL even you have credits. -OM and TLs are worst -Inapproriate notice of shift schedule -Super late pay-out (within the day but usually 8-10 pm pay-out) -No considerations for agents (they treat agents as robots)

    The challengesPro management not pro employee, only Imposed company policies which are very hard to achieve and taken note waiting for dole Or nalrc
