    The company offers a fixed weekend which most employees are looking for.
    The good thingsThe fixed weekends and the work schedule. The shift starts 9 pm- 6 am on the process that I was assigned to.
    The challengesThe most challenging part was during the pay out system. The pay out was every 5th and 20th of the month. Most of the time, the pay would be credited late. For example, the employees are expecting to received the pay on the 5th, it would be credited late in the evening on that day unlike the other companies that pay comes in early.
