    As a Sports Trader
The good thingsGood team mates and I have good training experience here as a Sports Trader, actually I'm an IT graduate, willing to learn new things in this company. I worked here in for almost 4 months, Not so attached in this company. But I have a great experience here so far. I hope others will understand.
The challengesLow Compensation and Multitasking. Also you need to deal with other nationalities, you have to be good in English. The rules here are strict, you need to abide it. As a former employee, they will evaluate your performance such as communication, cooperation, attitude and how you handle things properly, depends on the department you're assigned for. And also you need to meet the company's expectations as well.
