    The good thingsManagement was open to discuss areas for improvement and growth in the organization. Even during a time that we had to downsize some employees due to a market slump in Europe where the corporate headquarters is located, they made sure that the impending plan was communicated early on to ensure that employees would understand and be fully prepared for it.
    The challengesA few company policies would need to be consistently and uniformly implemented so that it would be fair & just for all. Since the company espouses a \"trust basis\" system of doing things, the management would have to also strike a balance between not being too strict and not being too lenient to keep things running smoothly.
