    NTPI opened new career growths for myself. I first work as an design engineer to project in charge to Technical Service Supervisor. It's aa very great development to my career.
    The good thingsThey offer a good developments for the engineers and other staff. If they see you performing well they will give the right jobs and benefits. You can experience wide engineering fields, from office, fabrications, and site/field.
    The challengesThe company should improve the benefits, especially the bonus.
