    The good things*They value teachers/tutors services. *They always hear our concerns and disputes. *The company encourages us to take a days off or breaks in between. *The company offers good perks and benefits for teachers who excel in the field(parents positive feedback). *Offers different trainings to enhance teaching styles. *High rate salary
