Novakid changed my life by giving me great opportunities and connecting me with wonderful students.The good thingsI enjoy working with the company because it provides good teaching materials that make lesson preparation easier and more effective. There are also many students, which gives me more opportunities to teach and gain experience. Additionally, the pay is good, which makes my work even more rewarding.
The challengesOne area that could be improved is the cancellation policy for teachers. Currently, classes must be canceled at least 10 days before the scheduled lesson, which can be quite challenging in cases of unexpected situations. A more flexible policy would better support teachers in managing sudden changes or emergencies.
