Pioneer employee from the office's inception in 2014. Promised much, but did not deliver.
The good thingsExcellent corporate culture, especially with the expats. Warm, collaborative, and familial.Never makes you feel inferior for being an entry-level rank and file. For the most part, mutual respect is high and you never really get talked down to. Good benefits package as well, all things considered. Healthcare is comprehensive and includes mental health support. A lot of (sometimes too many!) employee engagement activities keep you busy and entertained on the side. Good work-life balance. Game ad nap rooms, as well as a spacious cafeteria are provided. Career progression is ok but it's gotten crowded up top now that the office has grown exponentially. That said, there are some
The challengesCareer progression is a challenge with a greater population down low and a crowded line up the ladder. but that could be a good thing also, if competition is your thing. Tenure is not valued, either. Salary growth has plateaued-- from being one of the highest among the financial services BPOs, more and more are now leaving to find better (paying) opportunities even in local banks. As a tenured employee starting from fresh grad, you'll hit a salary ceiling very early on. Building maintenance is also off, but that's more the developer's fault than the company's.

Not a company you would want to build your career.
The good thingsDirect managers were understanding of staff needs.
The challengesVery poor training of individuals - no consistency in performing trainings i.e. multiple approaches which leaves the employee confused as to approach. Disconnected management style - senior managers border on do not care attitude even to staff that were with them for a long time. Job description and actual work do not match - going beyond job description is fine if sufficient training was provided but none.

    High pay, specialized role
The good thingsGood working environment, day shift with higher than average base pay of other BPOs. Training will be provided, bonuses and benefits are great. Work life balance is implemented on normal weeks.
The challengesRoles offered here are highly BPO specialized, if you leave the knowledge earned might not be transferable to other general companies. Good pay, progress might be slow if it is a big team. There are peak seasons that require three or four times a week of OT work.

Great Salary, Work/Life Balance, Opportunities and very stable
The good thingsThe parent company is very stable and has been in the business for 130 years. NOSAI is the shared service of NT that started 2014. 1. Work/Life balance - i am not sure with other team but being in the company for couple of years, i have experienced that my personal life and my work life is balanced. it is easy to take VLs and you have other type of leave such as EL, Family SL and hospital leave. 2. Great Management - Executive, middle and jr. management implements an open door policy. You can easily reach out to them. 3. They pay above market salary 4. NOSAI and NT as a whole gives importance to Diversity and Inclusion. They also accommodate assistance for partners that has a disability. 5. Good retirement plan with initial vesting of 3years. 6. Some partners in other teams have opportunity to travel to other NT sites for a short term assignment. 7.They invest training courses which will help you enhance your skills and character.
The challengesOne thing that most of the employees dont like about the company is the HMO. Dependents are clinic based for check-up which is kinda disappointing. they should get a better HMO with great benefits which is equal to all employees. They have ceased the free shuttle which is i think very important to those working in BGC. They should revisit this and check again. The company can improve more in representing itself with other resource groups, sponsor partners to attend gatherings (such as org of the CPA, Risk, Finance)

Above Average Salary, Terrible Work/Life Balance
The good thingsSalary is really above market average and benefits are good. Training for soft and technical skills are available and very handy. Employees or partners are warm and easy to get along with. Opportunities for an abroad short-term assignment are readily available. Lots of extra-curricular activities to get employees' heads off their work for a while. Top management are approachable at any time. Nap rooms are a plus.
The challengesFor those working in the Financial reporting teams, work/life balance is really terrible. Workload is too much for a partner to handle. Overtime hours can last up to 8 more hours. Talent acquisition can last up to months prolonging undivided workload. Performance should be skyrocketing to get promoted. Favoritism and office politics are present.

    Worklife balance and career opportunities
The good thingsA relatively small company compared to our competitors so you are easily recognized for your contributions. Work life balance is a culture and not just a vague concept. I go to work at 7am and get to leave by 4pm, on time, almost every time. Promotion is always a possibility as long as you perform.
The challengesPeople being hired in recent times seem to be coming from the same company, concerns for carrying over bad culture from other companies is a legit threat to the great culture that was developed by the pioneer team.

    Love working for this company!
The good thingsSalaries are quite high already but what will really make you want to stay are the benefits - retirement, educ assistance. There is genuine concern for their people. There are lots of fun things to do too.
The challengesIf you perform well, you are also given more challenges. Sometimes this is translates to extra workload.

    Good company with great people!
The good thingsHighly commendable working environment that encourages and support its people to develop more and pursue their goals and aspirations. They provide adequate training for newly joined employees and regardless of position, the executive management team welcomes us during orientation. There is a lot of clubs that an employee can join outside the business unit that lets them work and collaborate with other employees in the other departments. You will feel the authenticity of their concern to you.
The challengesThe only challenge I faced is the difficulty to travel to the office location.

    Great Company!
The good thingsThere are a lot of opportunities to grow ( whether it's horizontal or vertical growth). Every achievement is recognized and rewarded. The company loves engagement, you will feel like somehow you are still in high school, wherein you will be able to join different councils and clubs. There are also a lot of activities ( seminars, training, engagement session) , that will help each employee feel comfortable with the environment, adding a lot of new learnings for every partner. A great company for fresh graduates, specially. You will be properly trained and informed regarding your job, so you can maximize your potential. The company pays really good, but never compromising the work-life balance. There is a big pantry with lots of utensils, ref, microwaves ( you can use if you have a packed lunch or dinner), and there is a free coffee and milo vendo machine for every partner to enjoy. There is a nap room ( separate for boys and girls), lactation rooms ( for breastfeeding moms) , onsite clinic, individual lockers and drawers for every partner's use. The culture is very warm, generally, employees are very friendly and welcoming. There is no barrier between management and partners. We have open-door policy, and the company is very open to new ideas.
The challengesAdjustment towards different attitudes of each colleagues.

Work-life balance is practice and encourage to all partners.
The good thingsThe company give a lot of opportunities to the partners to grow. They encourage partners to own their growth. They compensate the partners really well. NO barriers in the management and other partners. The company is open for new ideas and they give credits to whom credit is due. This is a good company to work, this is a second home to every partner.
The challengesWork is really cyclical so you need to embrace it. The fact that in exchange it will give you a lot of time to enjoy other activities.
