    The good thingsI enjoyed learning new things like navigating on their 2 different ERP systems. They have gym, and Company Christmas gift.

    Great Training and Very hands-on supervisor
    The good thingsVery accommodating, I learned a lot, especially in the field of recruitment and the company is very hands-on with its different departments.
    The challengesOne of my challenges is the distance from my residence to the workplace, also during that time we have an upcoming thesis defense that made me preoccupied during work hours.

    Great place for learning
    The good thingsThe company is a great place to learn the cutting edge technologies. They have done well in keeping the technologies and skills of people in the organization relevant. The company is also very well connected to service providers and organizations in the printing industry.
    The challengesIt's an ever-changing landscape. Since we are dealing with high-end equipment, it was a bit difficult to sell the equipment that we are offering the market. The compensation and benefits are also not very competitive and very basic.

    Exciting job but tiring
    The good thingsTravel opportunities and trainings for skills and personal growth. Management is open for suggestions and very supportive.
    The challengesWork-life inbalance. Commissions and incentives are not based on the industry standards. Releasing of commissions are always delay.

    Its Really Nice Working Here.
    The good thingsMy employers was nice, I idolized them for being so committed and how they love and appreciated their employees. They are a very responsible and helpful also. If you need help, you can ask a help from them. My employers here are very considerate and humane. Its really not awkward working with them personally.
    The challengesChallenging here is handling people from your department. Also handling clients different demands. I have to work hard and be attentive all the time. Difficult is when I need to decide what should be good or bad for the company's sake.
