Finally, some balance. The good thingsThis is the first time I've genuinely been able to say this in a long time - I finally have work-life balance. I'm able to do my tasks which I enjoy, and I still have time to actually unwind. The company also offers good compensation and doesn't lowball at all. The management team really seems to care about their employees and challenges them too, so they can shine and show what they're great at doing.
The challengesThere are times when the creatives team needs to work late, but that is also balanced with being able to work from home. Things are also more output based, meaning there aren't really any set work hours as along as tasks get delivered on time and people show up to online meetings when needed.
Things are also fairly fast-paced, so if you're looking for something which is just a regular, day-to-day type of thing, you might struggle.
