Cebu City CebuLess than 1 year in the role, former employee
Im over 18 years of experienced UI UX Senior designer.
The good thingsDuring my WFH set up- its Good. The CEO is very passionate ,but some of the Lead member has a "crab mentality" mindset....They afraid you to showcase your talent to the higher management. Which is very political. Hope will HR aware all of those things inside the circle of employee.
The challengesMy status from WFH set up turns into a fulltime office based which i cannot continue due to my current location where im staying and particularly im from Cebu area.

A lot of opportunity for growth
The good thingsThe working environment is very liberal. As long as you get the output done and done well, you won't have any trouble.
The challengesThe philosophy is quite different from regular corporate jobs. It takes some getting used to but is easily applicable.

A great company to work for
The good thingsThe culture is positive, management treats you with respect and trust and offers generous compensation and benefits. We work from home and they offer great flexibility, encouraging work/life balance.
The challengesFast-paced, so if you're looking for something which is just a regular, day-to-day type of thing, you might struggle.

The good thingsGreat company culture, everyone is hard working, and incredibly welcoming to new team members.
The challengesFast paced, and challenging. But I'm the type of person who needs things to be happening, so I enjoy it.

    Finally, some balance.
The good thingsThis is the first time I've genuinely been able to say this in a long time - I finally have work-life balance. I'm able to do my tasks which I enjoy, and I still have time to actually unwind. The company also offers good compensation and doesn't lowball at all. The management team really seems to care about their employees and challenges them too, so they can shine and show what they're great at doing.
The challengesThere are times when the creatives team needs to work late, but that is also balanced with being able to work from home. Things are also more output based, meaning there aren't really any set work hours as along as tasks get delivered on time and people show up to online meetings when needed. Things are also fairly fast-paced, so if you're looking for something which is just a regular, day-to-day type of thing, you might struggle.

Working here made me grow as a video editor and a creative person.
The good thingsIf you want to hone your skills and grow Nimbyx is perfect for you. Perfect pay, and currently working with little to no stress (as long as you stick to the deadlines)
The challengesFairly fast paced, if you don't like challenging yourself this is not for you.

The good thingsCEO and colleagues are very inspiring. You'll find yourself pushing to be a better version of yourself. You'll get the right compensation as well and most importantly, Nimbyx promotes work-life balance.
The challengesYou can't be stagnant. Whatever your position is, you must continue learning and developing.

Great work culture and smooth application process
The good thingsAside from the quick and smooth application and onboarding process, what I mostly love about working with this company is the work-life balance that I have not been able to achieve from my previous company. My experience as a remote employee is by far fantastic. Overall, great work culture and working environment!
The challengesNone so far, I'm fairly new to the company.

Impressive start-up company that compensates well
The good thingsThe working environment here is a complete breath of fresh air compared to my previous company. Colleagues are really friendly and are proactive when it comes to teamwork. You will feel how much you've grown as you stay longer with them.
The challengesNothing much because the people here will always motivate you to do better. If you are not up for challenges which are pivotal to your professional growth, might as well look for traditional companies.

Compensation is good and management is results driven
The good thingsIt's a very modern company where management is not strict in the traditional sense. They don't ask their employees to go to the office if not needed and they don't impose senseless rules for the sake of it. They focus on results and the factors that actually matter. They did not negotiate my asking salary and management is supportive when it comes to acquiring resources needed to get the job done.
The challengesIf you are not used to adapting or learning new things and you prefer a traditional company structure, this might not be the company for you.

Warning for the others who wants to apply here at Nimbyx
The good thingsNothing good about this company.
The challengesManagement are rude, they won't give you a chance to grow. They told me that all people here are equal but there is a hierarchy. Not good environment. Toxicity. No support, no motivation. Shock treatment. They don't care about the employees.
