    The good thingsYou will learn so much! On a daily basis it is very fulfilling to have a knowledge about different kinds of shoes and apparels’ technologies that you don’t even know before . Selling it to people would be a challenge, but you will get proper training and assistance on how to do it. The company has a lot of resources to help every staff to be the best that they can be. At the end of the day you will receive a good incentive upon achieving the sales target.
    The challengesIt’s all good to be working in a company where it challenges your knowledge and your patience. As you go through a lot of trainings , the challenge is how you will apply those things that you have learn. It is very challenging to learn and at the same time to pass the knowledge that you acquired to the new comers. Nike will always give you a chance to prove yourself and be an instrument in helping others to attain growth and development in their knowledge and skills.

    The good thingsMake the sales qouta meet monthly and be more concern in all staff because they the heart of the company. Be more objective in all aspect.
