Great HR Experience for employeesThe good thingsWhat I enjoy the most about the company itself was the culture. They treat the employees well and make sure I get what was right. They are process centric team that doesn't let the staff hanging to figure out the next steps
The challengesThe company is a new kid on the block for PH BPO Industry. That being said, you might still see some gaps on their processes as they try to build it out. Nevertheless, with the kind of culture and mindset they have, I'm pretty much sure things will work out as they mature in the industry
