    Working with NightOwl is truly enjoyable!
    The good things1. Perpetual work-from-home. 2. Work-life balance. 3. They seriously have the employee's back. 4. Great HR Team. 5. The pay is always on time. 6. The salary is truly competitive. 7. The corporate team, including the founders, is truly responsive.

    Working here has been fruitful for me, and I'm thankful for the career growth opportunities that NOC has provided me.
    The good thingsNightOwl fosters a great company culture that is employee forward, dedicated, and inclusive. You can reach out to everyone, and by that, I mean everyone, including the executives!
    The challengesIt's a fast-growing company, so there are a few bumps here and there, but the dedication to work on it and the transparency that the company has with its employees are surely one of the reasons why it's a great place to work.

    The best job I have ever had!!
    The good thingsPermanent work-from-home setup. I have extra time with my family and do not have to deal with traffic. Management is amazing and they care about their employees. The benefits are decent. We have HMO, 20+ leaves and US holidays off, PH holiday pay, and night differential. Great quality clients!

    Best company I've worked with so far.
    The good thingsUntil now, NOC has provided us with a competitive compensation and the ability to work remotely. I have more time for my family after shift instead of wasting time in traffic when I was previously working onsite for another employer.
    The challengesI can claim none because the NOC handled everything fairly well.

    Great HR Experience for employees
    The good thingsWhat I enjoy the most about the company itself was the culture. They treat the employees well and make sure I get what was right. They are process centric team that doesn't let the staff hanging to figure out the next steps
    The challengesThe company is a new kid on the block for PH BPO Industry. That being said, you might still see some gaps on their processes as they try to build it out. Nevertheless, with the kind of culture and mindset they have, I'm pretty much sure things will work out as they mature in the industry
