Aquino signed an Executive Order No. 297, s. 1987, sec. 16 states that News and information Bureau (NIB) is responsible for providing efficient, effective, productive, and economical services for the dissemination of information on specific government program.NIB are consist of 5 Divisions, namely: Philippine News Agency (PNA), Financial and Administrative Division (FAD), Presidential Press Staff (PPS), International Press Center (IPC), and Media Accreditation and Relations Divisions (MARD).The FAD and PPS is located at PCOO-NIB Bldg., Malacañang Compound, J.P. Laurel St. San Miguel, Manila. The IPC is located at NPC Bldg, Ground Floor, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. And the PNA is located at PIA Bldg., Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.Under PNA Division, there are 14 Bureaus located at Baguio, Dagupan, Laog, Pampanga, Legazpi, Iloilo, Cebu, Dumaguete, Tacloban, Bacolod, Zamboanga, Cagayan, Davao, and Cotabato.As of August 25, 2022, There is 148 Regular Employees and 31 Contract of Service.
