New Horizon Finance CorporationIncorporated in October 17, 1994, we are a Lending company that caters to SSS and GSIS pensioners since its initial operation on October 1994. The company has established several branches in Metro Manila and in various key cities in the provinces like Baguio City, Dagupan City and Naga City.As part of the SEC requirements under Republic Act of 8556, otherwise known as the Finance Company Act of 1998, that all the Lending Investors shall convert into Financing Corporation, the officers of the company decided to convert the company into a Financing Corporation. Thus the company was named New Horizon Finance Corporation (NHFC). It is also has a sister company, Golden Treasure Lending Investors Corporation (GTLIC), which was incorporated in October 05, 2006. It has 6 branches in Metro Manila and Luzon.The primary purpose of this Corporation is to engage in the extending of the credit facilities to consumers through direct lending (SSS, GSIS, Salary Loan).As of 2021, NHFC has 17 branches all over the key cities and provinces. Its main office is located at #606 Pinaglabanan Street, San Juan City, Metro Manila.

The good thingsThis pandemic is a circumstance of our lives when people are striving for their daily necessity, feels the anxiety and depression. Fortunately, we have that company called "Family" that never let us suffer from the depth of difficulty. The Management felt us that they are really compassionate to their employees during this hardship.
The challengesThe company has no stand alone system, if this could improve in the near future maybe the work will be easier and faster for us.

The good thingsI worked at NHFC for almost 3 years and I can say that the management itself has a passion and dedication to its employees. Managers have a desire to bring out the best and the greatest things we can do in our work. I also appreciate the generosity of the Bosses to give us incentives, treats and humanitarian consideration.
The challengesI think some of my colleagues have a high expectation in sense that they did not really appreciate the generosity of the Management.

The challengesI think being able to multi-task, at first it wasn't easy to do other things out of your usual work, though it was a great experience to explore and learn other things.
