    Butterworld Bakeshop was first established on 1991 in Tarlac by Ms. Viring C. Lee. Starting its operation in her house, the Company continued to grow as it expanded outside of Tarlac. In March 1993, the Company inaugurated its new building that was financed from own operation in order to increase production capacity. From its humble beginning, Ms. Lee steered the company to its present stable position.

    The life there is poor and its so sad
    The good thingsThere's no good thing's happen on this company i work for a longest time but but they treated the employee as if the money is important not the treatment itself. I've experience a lot of challenges such us walking on the street with hand and hand plastic bag with full of bread that its not being famous at all.
    The challengesChallenge's on the company before my God! if you'll give me a whole bunch of paper that is not able to cope with to write down all the experience that we and my co employee experience and all the management are not fare enough to tell you honestly that's why i don't ever think that there's a person who will stay on their company for the longest time
